Seasons Greetings from Friends of the Creek on Farragut Drive, past and present.
The creek is a neighborhood asset with an amazing history as part of the legendary Jungle Country Club Golf Course. The predominant celebrity of the Roaring Twenties, Babe Ruth, played the course often and crossed the creek hundreds of times.
The project to name the creek “Jungle Country Club Creek” continues to gather support.
