Coconut Green Curry Lentil Soup

IngredientsLentils (16 oz) Frozen Spinach (10 oz thawed) Frozen Chopped Onion (10 oz) Chicken Bone Broth (4 cups) Water (2 cups) MASI MASA Thai Green Curry Blend (½ pkg) Coconut milk (13.5 oz can)
PrepareCombine lentils, spinach, onions, chicken bone broth and water in an instant pot Cook for 20 minutes at high pressure Allow pressure to release naturally Stir in green curry blend and coconut milk
Consume!Spoon into a bowl Start slurping!
